Terms and Conditions

By placing an order, the buyer is deemed to have read and agreed to our Terms & Conditions. Great care is taken to ensure that all products are correct as ordered, and packed so that they arrive in the same perfect condition as when they leave our premises.

Should your consignment arrive in a damaged condition, we ask that you photograph the damaged item and also the condition of the packaging if at all possible.

We should be notified within 2 days of the delivery date, if there is any problem.

Returns for any reason, will be at the expense of the customer, and adequately packaged.

Returns will not be accepted unless we have prior notification.

Whilst every care is taken to ensure that the content of our website is accurate and correct, we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.

Despatch Methods

UK Mainland

Kites will be sent by Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery, whilst the Radio Equipment will follow by Royal Mail Standard Delivery due to weight restrictions.

Small light weight items e.g. Replaceable Parts, will be sent by First Class Post or Next Day Delivery if requested.
